Great as a portable hangboard if you don't want to drill a hole!
Definitely, a great hang board, especially if you do not want to drill holes in your wall. The edges are quite smooth. The holes are deep enough for variety. The outer side can be used as a jug, and the large hole in the middle is quite nice to hold on while hanging on another ledge with the other hand.

Non è stata fornita alcuna corda di fissaggio, nonostante fosse pubblicizzata
La tavola in sé sembra buona, ma uno dei motivi per cui l'ho acquistata è perché avrebbe dovuto includere una corda di fissaggio per l'installazione.Appena ho aperto la confezione mi sono reso conto che era arrivato senza alcun mezzo per appenderlo, creando così un inutile acquisto in omaggio di un cordone che ha esattamente lo stesso diametro necessario.

Lo uso per allenarmi quando non vado in palestra da arrampicata dunque a giorni alterni. Mi trovo bene.
