Poor Design - Not appropriate for 1-3 yr old
I'm honestly surprised by the 4-5 star reviews. The entire playset is over 4 ft tall and the sides are very steep which made it very difficult for our 2 yr old to climb up the side. There are no steps to get to the top of the slide which is 2-3 ft off the ground so it was taller than my 2 yr old daugher, there was no way she was going to be able to pull herself up on top of the slide to be able to use it. Even our 6 yr old son could not get up to the top of the slide easily without having to climb up the other side, climb over the top and then drop down 2-3 ft onto the slide (which my 2 yo definitely could not do). Our son finally figured out he could hold on to the bar on the other side and swing his feet up to the top of the slide, but when he did this, the bars/poles gave way and looked like they would easily break. Likewise, if you turn the slide around to use the "wall climbing" side, but then our daughter got to the top and had no where to go?? Again, a 2-3 ft drop to the floor, or climb higher to climb on top of the monkey bars that are 4.5 ft off the ground - which felt way too high for 1-3 to be climbing as a fall from that height would be very dangerous for a toddler whose scull was still forming. Likewise with the monkey bars, no steps to be able to reach them 4.5 ft off the ground. Finally the swing was not sturdy and would very easily tip if either of our kids tried to sit on it. Overall, NOT sized appropriately for a 1-3 yr old as the description says, not strong/sturdy enough for a 6 yr old, and just poor design/planning. Clearly not made or tested by anyone who actually has a 1-3 yr old toddler.
