Installation was very easy .And the customer service was superior!! Was contacted directly from owner to confirm my order and contact information, he personally was on top of the tracking for this to be delivered via freight.Very pleasedWill buy from this seller again !!

Beautiful eye catching living room centerpiece.

We did a lot of research before deciding the Dimplex Ignite had a superior flame appearance to all the other brands. Since this is in our living room (and our house is relatively small), we wanted it to be visually exceptional.....and it is!! The heat output is adequate. It keeps our living area warm which was our goal. Just don't expect the kind of radiant heat you'd get from a wood/gas fireplace! The boost setting does improve how quickly the area warms up. We hired a contractor to build the structure to insert the fireplace into (and had it hardwired-highly recommend). It was an easy install for him, but we would have struggled with it! While the Dimplex was more than we had originally planned to spend, it was money well spent!!! We love it!
