I bought 10 box's of these red and white steady lights and used them on my whole house and along the driveway I only had one issue with 1 set where half of the lights were out but I figured out the light that was bad and changed it with the spares they come with and it could of been something I did that caused those lights to malfunction but anyways they are durable lights, very bright and I will be buying more eventually.

These are great for my fireplace mantle during Christmas.

The media could not be loaded. For years, the seasonal debate in our house was white vs colored lights. I purchased this product in the hopes that it would put the argument to rest. We bought enough for two trees. Three packages for one 10 foot tree. I was a little concerned at first opening because each strand required its own remote control. But, this product designer has thought of everything and the lights can be easily strung together with snap in and screw tight connectors. The proximal end of each strand can either be traditional standard plug or removed to reveal the plug in mini connector. This allows the entire strand to be controlled with one remote. Oh, and all remotes work with all lights so if you should lose a remote and you purchased more than one box, you have plenty of spares. The different light options are fantastic. Our favorite is the alternating slow transition from white to colored and back again (option 9). My wife who does not like colored lights said it’s her favorite setting as well!!Some things to keep in mind. As with all LED lights, there is subtle fast flicker but ONLY when you are up close like when you plug them in the box when you first get them. But there is NO noticing this after a couple minutes and when they are in your tree. I included a video of setting 9 and a close up of the strand to strand connectors.

I love the option to switch from colored lights to white, solid or blinking. Worked great for my mini tree.

These are high quality and less expensive than other name brand manufacturers. I'd recommend them overall. But when I compare them to my cheap incandescent lights, they don't have the same warm glow and are a little too bright for our taste. Instead of around the tree and around the windows we've moved them outside hedges where they look great. Surprised companies can't come up with the right shade of yellow tint on the bulb to warm up the cold LED effect. Oh well, the search continues.

I've had these lights for 3 going on 4 years now. They work great out of the box. Great price. My issue with them is every single year I buy these lights I plug them in, never fails each string has multiple sections that don't work. I have had normal Christmas lights from dollar store that I've had for many years and work perfectly everytime. Decided to buy led to save energy. But these have been the worst lights I've ever bought. The fact that I spent good money on these and they never work each year is upsetting. So I just buy new ones then return old broken ones back. It's joke. Led light strings should work every year with 0 problem. The problem with them I've found is the wires in the light bulb get very brittle and snap off. Spent hours on these trying to find bad bulb and I'd always find many that need to be replaced. But don't worry they give you 2 spares haha. Don't use these outdoors. They do not withstand the weather well at all. Keep em indoors they will be great but until they advertise for indoor only its a 1 star. If they are honest and say it won't last more then a year outdoors and it's for indoor use only it'll be a 5 star string of lights.

Love the color changing led’s and the ability to adjust the brightness. Looked great on my tree and for the price you really can’t beat it. Will probably get a few years out of these.
