Not expensive so not the best of quality, but more than adequate, recommended

Though cheap it is not value for £. It's so thin that it does not provide any support, in fact if you just walk across it in trainers it leaves a permanent impression that does not fade. But most importantly when you get a bit sweaty in a workout it is as slippery as an ice rink - sometimes I suppose you should pay more for something.

Good product considering the very reasonable price. Actually used it as a roll mat for camping so far.

My original purpose for this mat was exercise but when it arrived I realized it was much too long for the job, it's a sponge mattress, for an adult, to go under a sleeping bag. I was a bit dumb-founded as to what to do with it since the price is great I didn't want to bother sending it back, seller BTW was fab 5* for delivery. I thought about how I could re-purpose it and it dawned on me! Both of my dogs have Large plastic dog beds, their cushions are a bit old and flat, so I decided to draw round the bed and cut the mattress down to size (with normal everyday scissors) and I've now given the pooches a fabulous sponge mattress, custom trimmed by moi :) they love them!!

This is made of very thin foam, which may provide a barrier from water etc. but has virtually no cushioning effect at all.I wanted to protect my lower back during Pilates classes, and it proved useless.I'm sure the mat could have other uses and, for the price, what did I expect ?

This mat is too thin and not at all durable. I bought it for exercising, but it is just a thin sponge pad.

An entry level mat - cheap as heck but does the job. I would not recommend for outdoor or camping use but would recommend for indoor use, such as home exercise or if you need a mat for circuit training (or similar). If you need a mat because you do 300 sit-ups a day, you may want to invest in something slightly thicker, however if you want something for occasional exercise, just to take the edge off of a hard floor, I would recommend this product.

Muy mala calidad, demasiado delgada y sin forma. Para colmo se rompió en menos de un mes, usando menos de 10 veces en todo este tiempo.
