Awesomeness
At such an affordable entry level price I decided to give it a try. Bought the dual temperature model since I have easy access to the vanity beside the toilet. Just had to drill a small hole in the cabinet to run the provided hot water hose through. Overall installation was about 1.5 hours on a rainy day and taking my time because I'm a bit of a perfectionist with OCD, and I had nothing else to do that day. Everything was included and nothing was missing. Followed the easy to read instructions even though it was all pretty obvious how it all goes together. The next morning was my opportunity to use it and it was immediately wonderful and satisfying. I followed the pro-tip advise about running the hot water tap to draw up the hot water to the faucet. I then ran the self-cleaning mode to bring the hot water down to the unit. I was 'multi-tasking' while that was all happening if you get my drift, so no time was wasted. I did also try it with just cold water and that is fine too. But of course hot water makes it much nicer. Absolutely perfect device and an exceptional deal. If you're finally realizing how vulgar wiping your poop and smearing it into your skin and butt hair (men) is, just get one. Trust me you'll be in love with it from first use. And, no more worrying about the TP tearing in your hand either. And be honest, that does happen.

Love it!
Ordered the Omigo based on internet reviews and Amazon reviews and price. I've wanted to get a bidet for a while and this unit works well. Here's a few tips based on my first week of use. I'll be candid...we all know what a bidet is used for ;o). It's very simple to use, very simple to install. I chose to use ONLY the ambient or cool water install and I was a little concerned the cool water would be a bit too cold blasting on my tush but I find it isn't uncomfortable at all. It takes a bit of adjusting for both "#1 and #2 cleaning", to get the pressure adjusted to suit your personal needs. I will also say, pay attention to how you sit on your toilet seat and the shape of the seat. I find I need to be sure to "seal" my tush all around the toilet seat opening to avoid overspray outside of the toilet. I have also noticed after each use, I need to do a quick TP wipe around the underside of the toilet seat due to some overspray, but that's not a problem and might not be an issue once I've really gotten used to it's function and have more experience using it. I hope this helps, I definitely recommend the Omigo, especially for the price.

Great for the price
This bidet was easy to install and, unlike my previous bidet, doesn't get accidentally turned on because it uses knobs instead of a lever (the lever would sometimes get caught on pants/underwear as they were being raised and even sometimes knocked by hands or elbows). It has a hot water hookup, which I'm unable to use at the moment, unfortunately, and, while I don't need it since it's just me and two boys, even has a feminine hygiene option. The only reason it loses a star is that I wish the water pressure was a little stronger, it's highest setting does the trick more often than not, but every now and then I just need that little extra.

Super simple and works well
Easy to install, well worth routing the hot water from your sink, your booty hole will thank you lol. Also WAY less tp use so your septic will thank you too.

Deserves a Nobel prize!
This is the best product I have bought in ages!It is good quality and it was so simple to install, I did hot and cold. I am a handy man who can do most anything around the house so I am guessing that the people who had troubles with leaking simply weren't handy. I just took a look at the parts and didn't even need to look at the manual. ........... It's also possible that modifications were made since their complaints. My sink is close to my toilet so it was easy to hook it up, drill a hole through the side of the sink base, and connect the hot line as well as the cold.My biggest concern, prior to installing, was a blast of ice water on my butt until the hot water could reach the unit. The dials are so easy to use you can simply run a trickle of water (with dial on warm) until you get hot water in the hot supply line and then adjust the temp and pressure. Additionally, I simply run some hot water in my bathroom sink before I use the toilet, this gets hot water all the way from the water heater to the sink and then it's just a few more seconds until I get hot at the bidet.Awesome product!Updated to add: The claims of saving money on TP seem a bit of a stretch because you now have to clean up a wet butt so you may even need more. Butt .... you do save on wet wipes and this was never about saving money in the first place.

Works great!
I was pleasantly surprised at how easily this works. The install was fairly simple. The water direction is spot on. And, the pressure is easily adjustable. Just makes everything feel fresh and clean! Haha! I knew when I purchased it that I wouldn’t have access to warm water as my toilet is across the bathroom from my sink. But, surprisingly the water being cold isn’t bad at all. I highly recommend.

I returned this
The plastic seemed too flimsy.

No temperature control on this one
This was a challenge to install for us because the toilet was located so close to the tub. We had to order a 6 inch adjustable wrench from Home Depot for installation because we couldn't maneuver an 8 inch wrench in there to tighten the bolt. Once that problem was solved (by the way - put a bowl under the bolt and watch for leaks for a while afterwards) it worked great. There are 5 settings. One is for the back wash, one is for back wash self-cleaning, the center is off, the next one is for the front wash self-cleaning, and the last one is for front wash. Be sure when you are done, the setting is in the off position or the water will stay in a self-cleaning mode and keep running. In retrospect, a warm setting would be more comfortable but I didn't want to run an additional hose to the warm water spigot under the sink. So, it's certainly refreshing.....will definitely wake you up in the morning....lol. For the price and convenience -worth it.

Doesn’t really work
Concept is solid, construction is good. But it just doesn’t really do the job.. The blast isn’t strong enough to remove much, so you’re just left with a messy wet crack. Cold water wakes you up well though!I would recommend spending big money instead to get a strong one with warm water and a drier.PS remove one of the two rubber seals from the thread so it threads on farther.
