Worked as expected, just ensure you use the black bottle first. I didn't bother with the clear phial and the scars are improving all the time - hardly visible after six months but they stayed pink for a good while. I treated one larger brown patch and that must have been deep because I was left with an obvious large, white scar.

This product did just what it said when I ordered it on line, The only problem was when it arrived it had very little instructions on how to use it, I looked back on line and applied just once and it worked but had to apply very careful not to touch surrounding skin. I was very pleased with the outcome .

This product comes with no understandable instructions! There are 2 bottles..one White, one black. I have no clue how to use this product. Would the seller please comment on directions in how to apply correctly.Very disappointed..
