Positive first impressions - after a month's usage
Nope, I hadn't heard of Berry King either and yes, I was a little worried in case the heart rate strap wouldn't work. So far (after a little over a month) I have had nothing to worry about whatsoever; it has worked perfectly.I required a heart strap which could broadcast in Bluetooth and ANT+ as I play the indoor cycling game/trainer 'Zwift' (requires Bluetooth) and keep track of my data using a Garmin Edge bike computer (which needs an ANT+ connection). At £30 I thought the Berry King would be worth a go and I'm glad I decided to go ahead with purchasing one. It has broadcast signals in both Bluetooth and ANT+ without any dropout to this point. It's quite a comfy strap. If you're familiar with the first generation of Garmin's 'Premium' heart rate straps, it looks and feels very similar to one of those. There's no part of it which suggests it's any lower quality than the Garmin equivalent and, unlike Garmin's 'ANT+ only' straps, transmits concurrently in both ANT+ and Bluetooth. So far I've probably used the strap about a dozen times for around two hours each time. I have had no issues with it whatsoever. It hasn't cut out once or let me down in any way. It's still using the original battery and the signal seems as strong/consistent as it was initially. From such short term usage, I can't be sure how well the strap will hold up with prolonged use. Additionally, I haven't used it outdoors - only for indoors cycling.£30 strikes me as good value for the product. Most comparable straps seem to come in around £10+ more. One tiny note to make, if you are getting one, is to be careful if you're wearing it at the same time as cycling bib-shorts. This isn't really a problem (unless you're a clumsy oaf like me) but the clasp on the strap is quite 'hooky'. While being worn this isn't an issue but, a couple of times, I've tried removing the strap after cycling, while still wearing my bib-shorts, and the clasp has caught in the netting of my 'bib tops'. The simple solution is to take the top of your bibs down first, before removing the strap. As I say, not an issue to those less butterfingered than me (99% of the population) but good to know to avoid damaging one's clothing.

Fine while it lasted (not very long)
Fine while it lasted (3 months). Then it began to take progressively longer to connect to 2 Android mobiles via bluetooth and ANT+, now it won't connect to either phone at all. Supplier (Web-Vita) said contact BerryKing. BerryKing didn't answer email. Waiting to see what happens, meanwhile I have no HRM.Update: after protracted email communications with Web-Vita, I returned the item to them. They apparently never received it. But they do not read messages properly, and kept asking me the same question. They do not seem to have any way of tracing a return against an order number. In the very many suppliers I have dealt with in my extensive dealings with Amazon, WEB-VITA are hands-down and by a very large margin, the worst. I have no idea whether BerryKing HR monitors are (mostly) OK or not but if anyone feels inclined to purchase one, do yourself a favour and FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER other than WEB-VITA. For me, it's £20 written off. Please Amazon, don't delete this update (again!!). It's a genuine feedback experience of direct relevance to your customers.

Good heart rate monitor
Good heart rate monitor which works well with Endomondo. I bought this after my Garmin monitor failed and found it very easy to pair with my phone. It's ANT+ and was found easily in the app and provides a good link, it also fitted straight onto the Garmin soft strap. I've yet to try it with my Edge 705, which will be a real test for compatibility and will edit my review once I do so.Edit 10/11/2016This was seamlessly connected to my Garmin and works well, I've not had any issues when out on the bike. Data downloads show all recorded data so at the moment I can't fault this. I have had to change the battery once but considering I was having to change the battery in a Polar Bluetooth monitor every 2 to 3 weeks this one is seeming to last a lot longer.

So good I bought two
I'm so pleased with this Heart Rate Monitor. It comes securely packed in a simple cardboard box. The battery is already fitted and ready to work. The strap is a good quality elastic with a simple hook in loop fastening. Two press studs connect the transmitter physically and electronically to the belt. Both require a firm press so there is a good solid connection.Initial worries that it didn't work because bluetooth connection appeared not connect were unfounded. Once I had installed various apps to try out on my Galaxy Samsung S7 they all discovered the HRM signal and worked straight away. The heart rate readings are stable and accurate during gym workouts. When the transmitter is removed from the belt the unit turns off and stops transmitting.I recommend this product.

... strap for 6 months now and I am incredibly pleased with it
I own this chest strap for 6 months now and I am incredibly pleased with it. It is very accurate and incredibly easy to connect to my fitness app (Endomondo on Android) : all I have to do is turn on bluetooth on my device and when I start Endomondo it immediately registers and shows my heart rate (apart from the first time where I had to manually select the strap from Endomondo settings). Never had any connectivity problems and it has also been used in another Android phone. This is my first heart rate monitor, so have nothing to compare it to but all I can say is that this does exactly what I was expecting (or more) at a very nice price. Definitely recommended!

Top quality hrm for low price
I've used this hrm 8 times so far on a road bike and running, I have a couple of top recommended fitness tracker apps on my Sony Xperia z3 compact, and this hrm connects to all of them no problem at all the readings are accurate as well, it states on amazon that the hrm is waterproof and can be used for triathlons, I haven't used it for swimming but I have been soaked through cycling and running in the rain and there has been no loss of connection to my phone as of yet, for under £20 and your serious about your fitness this hrm is a quality asset to your training.
