I have taken it for a week and it seems to work well, magnesium is good not only for sleep so you get multiple benefits as it has many other ingredients. The taste is good, you can drink it cold, just add a little bit of water to mix it well and then add more water.

Disappointed that this did not work at all for me despite the positive reviews I read. Messaged seller to discuss and not had a response as yet, hopefully this is because of the festive period and not down to customer service.

Have tried a few sleep aids over the past year, but usually capsules.This was the first mixing powder.Found it to taste surprisingly good, and easy to use and mix as a hot drink.Doesn’t mix easily as a cold drink, so needs to be blended.Found a marked improvement in sleep quality after around a week ofRegular drinks, which I thought was pretty quick compared to previousCapsules, which took up to 21 days to see an improvement.Very happy with results and will continue to use.Good product.

Does the product work? I would say yes, two sound nights I’d sleep since starting this, and not going through the easiest mental state right now so this stuff is doing it’s jobPackaging is nice, looks good on the kitchen side, easy scoop included and overall has some really good ingredients and no ‘nasties’What I really struggle with is the flavour, some have mentioned a faint orange others a strong herbal. I would definitely say it’s herbal, so strong, very bitter and hard for me to stomach….also even with hot water there are still ‘bits’ floating around so doesn’t do me any favours with my sensory issues.However as it works I’m going to keep going and try and make it somewhat more palatable….honestly I can still taste it after brushing my teeth!

Works reasonably well - useful that this also has apigenin in, which is a quality sleep supplement that's not mentioned much in the listing but is £15+ on it's own, so getting this all mixed into one supplement is ha
