Bought for neck pain due to poor posture. Used after having treatment on back/ neck. Stays in freezer ready for use.

I hate giving less than really positive reviews but I have to say that I’m disappointed in this item. Having read all of the rave reviews I thought it was going to be exceptional. My personal opinion is that it’s not large enough or pliable enough to work very well. This is the neck version that I am referring to. I’m delighted that other people have found it to be amazing but sadly I can’t say the same myself.

It is for my 90 year old mother who has a bad neck injury and it is heavier and bulkier than I was expecting but thought it would be better than the oblong cold pack ahe had been using kept in place with her neck collar

I enjoy this product and recommend this brand of ice packs. I have this option and the large flat (for the back) and both always keep the cold for the recommended 20 minutes and feel very sturdy/a comfortable weight on the area I am icing. I like this product because of the weight it has and because of the large amount of space it covers BUT if I were to buy it again I would buy the option that has the velcro to keep it in place. The neck is a hard area to ice and that would make it easier.

It's ok. But I have to double it over and lay on it to get any relief on my neck.

I've recently been getting bad pain on my neck and across the top half of my back, this has been perfect for me, it covers enough of me to help and you can fold it up so it doesn't take much space in the freezer, you could easily use this for other parts of your body too
