Bodymax Smith Machine

Usually,the goods should seems a little smaller than we expected when we bought online ,but this one is too big.

Bought this direct from powerhouse fitness rather than a third party.It was delivered exactly on time.It took about 8 hours, with some help to put together. Instructions are very clear and all the bolts, washers and nuts are labelled to avoid mistakes.I assembled it in my garage, be warned this thing is huge, and leaves me little room to do any free weight movements, but that's not the machines fault.Mine came with the additional rear weight stack and 115kg of olympic discs.Once assembled it is very robust with very heavy duty gauge framework.There are many exercises that someone who trains alone can perform safely, and with heavy weights too.The only minor criticism is the pec deck cable is too long, meaning the stack does not move until the motion is almost complete. a shorter cable can be acquired though so no lost marks there.The smith bar is very heavy duty with chrome collars, and is very smooth on the linear bearings. It's important to spray a little silicone oil on the guides before first use and periodically.For the money, i would suggest it's the best value smith machine, and i hope it will last me a good few years.Powerhouse fitness technical advice is very good if needed and the whole sale process was very smooth.i hope this review helps someone make a decision, as i searched without luck for a review of this machine.
