Nice watch, easy to setup if you read the instructions. Looks just as it does in the pictures. The volume isn't like it's yelling at you when you press the button to find out the time. Be gentle with it because i guess i pressed the button too hard to find the time out and it ended up going into the watch itself.

This English Talking Watch does exactly what it advertises to do. The Watch is easy to set up, as it comes with easy-to-follow Instructions. After the Set-up, upon pressing one Button, the Watch tells you, in English, in a Man’s Voice, what Time and what Date it is. The Voice is neither too loud nor too low. The Watch also allows you to set up an Alarm. The Digital Time is independent and set up separately from the Analog Time on the Watch. The round Stainless-Steel Face of the Watch is large; so, Time is easy to read. The black Wristband of the Watch is a standard Band and can be adjusted to Size. The Battery is working well, as it had been paused with a little Plastic Piece. Overall, I love this Watch. I have been wearing it daily; and everything works beautifully. This Watch is a great Value. I only wish that the Time would glow in the Dark.

As soon as I set the date and time it stopped talking, that was the point of the “talking” watch. However it’s nice material and fashionable

We got this watch for an elderly family member that has some vision impairment issues. The watch face is a nice size with great contrast of the black and white colors on the face of the watch. The analog dial time setting is set separately from the talking time and date portion of the watch. Getting the analog dial time set was very easy to do, but we had a some difficulty setting the talking portion of the watch. Two buttons are used to set the talking portion of the watch, one button is recessed and you need to use a pin, pen tip or something similar to start the programming of the time and date. This recessed button was a bit finicky and it took multiple attempts to get it to work properly. The other protruding button worked well during the programming of the time and date. It also worked well for giving the audible time & date after the programming was completed.

Excellent time piece. The quality is good, the numbers are easy to see and it talks! It doesn't sound too robotic and you can actually understand what it's saying. It's not a smart watch but it's great for people that enjoy low tech.

The visually impaired elderly gent of the household gave this talking watch a try.Pros:Fairly simple to set up the analog time: set time with the crown then remove mini plastic retainer ring under the crown to start watch.Press S1 button once for time, twice for month, date, and day.Loud, clearly audible time and date announcements.Has an alarm function.Decent quality materials and assembly.Cons:Setting the audio for hour, minute, year, month, date, and alarm is tedious.Press the recessed S2 to set the audio for each of the above parameters, but user has to press S1 to adjust and cycle/advance to the precise time, date, etc. e.g., minutes preset at 25, then user has to press S1 repeatedly to cycle/advance all the way around to 15. No back or - button.Watch isn't advanced enough to directly translate analog time to audio.No volume adjustment for audio.Watch description doesn't indicate men or women's watch. Watch received is for ladies. Still usable but has smaller watch face and narrower straps.

Took a little while to figure it out, but think it’s going to be a hit with our grandson.

The voice function works great, however the watch itself stopped working three days in. No amount of resetting has worked- the hands will not move. Difficulty in figuring out the “warranty”.

This watch is certainly very interesting. It looks old fashioned, generally seeming to be more focused to an older audience, which is nice. The talking feature is good, but a bit annoying. In this case, I wish it was more robotic and easier to understand. Overall, not bad and I would recommend.

A nice looking watch with an old fashion look to it. The watch face and strap are different to the ones shown on the advert, the strap is a comftable soft leather strap with lots of adjustment and a nice metal buckle. The watch is easy to set up following the given instructions but when the UK time changes you have to manually change the watch time and set the voice announcement time. The voice is loud and clear in a American accent. The watch face is a good size making it easy to see and read. It keeps the time great and looks nice on the wrist. My daughter struggled telling the time using an analogue clock and this is a perfect way to help teach her. It comes in a great looking leather box and a nice padded cushion for the watch to go around.

I got this for an elderly relative who has poor eyes sight. As with all these items you have to adjustto how it works but when set up does work well. Not a large dial but very clear black and white.It does have a seconds hand though for semi blind that will be of no use.Firstly you have to set the time and this is easily done with a small video how to on web siteas well as instructions. The sound comes from the back of the watch and although it tookme a while to get used to the accent I was ok thereon.You can set an alarm to remind when to take pills etc. A very shinny case and scratch resistantglass. For what it is intended it is very good once accent understood.
