These seem to work pretty well. I was experiencing a number of symptoms of B12 deficiency and within 48 hours of taking one a day of these supplements, the symptoms started to clear up. A week later I was tested and my B12 levels had returned to an acceptable level. A month later and the symptoms have not returned. Still no idea why my B12 levels crashed in the first place, but my GP tells me this is the case in about half the things she treats...

I do feel great about this B12 and I think that I'll have to get more.

Not as nice as dissolving Solgar capsules (cherry) but do the job. Best taken with water, otherwise they feel like they stay somewhere two-thirds of the way down your throat for half an hour
