(6 Pairs) 2 x Pack of 3 Caterpillar Work Socks Cotton Mens in Black

Considering these are made by Caterpillar, I expected them to last a lot longer than three months, especially considering I bought two packs of three pairs. But here I am, three months down the road and finding myself having to write a poo review for these socks. They claim to be suitable for chaps that wear safety boots, as I do every day. And yet, after less than two weeks, I found myself having to bin a pair due to holes appearing in the top of the socks (where the toes are). Three months later and I'm on my last pair and took my boots off this afternoon to find a hole in the sole of my left sock, and a hole in the big toe of the right sock. Really expected better for the price, especially as these are a big brand.

My 'Significant Other' says these are most comfortable socks he's ever worn. He's a size 12, socks are 11 - 14 and he says they're perfect fit. He's a scaffolder, on his feet a very heavy-duty minimum 13 hours 6 days per week, all weathers, so they need to be tough and his feet deserve the best. Delivered before estimated delivery date. All in all, great buy, I will be ordering more.

I work 4on/4off 12 hour shifts.I am often working in a hot, steamy and wet environment. Sometimes just an overly warm environment. Seldom do I ever work in normal temperatures.I also do a lot of working around the factory.Working 99% of the time indoors.My PPE requires either safety wellies or safety boots. These are issued to staff and not my own choice.These socks are great. Hard wearing BUT COMFY. They can cope with the extreme working conditions I encounter.

I have Diabetes and need to look after my feet. It is difficult to find socks that are large enough to provide comfort. For me these socks are better than the ones that are sold as made especially for diabetics.

These socks are great. Why the three stars?There is a yellow band of thread that runs around the toe area (clearly visible in the pictures) that caused, after a few days of wearing them, a considerable amount of pain and discomfort on the pads behind my toes, exactly where this band of thread goes. This may be fine for you, but for me it makes these socks unwearable for more than an hour at a time.Otherwise excellent socks, but my feet it seems, are quite sensitive to the amount of thread running across the bottom of the socks. Shame. They arrived in good time and good condition and I cant fault the seller at all, but be aware of these bands of threads if you have sensitive feet.

The CAT brand is just a name here I cant understand the rave reviews, either those guys got better socks than me or they are paid shills. The socks are very thin and are ideally for a foot size of 10. I'm a size 8 and these are way too big. Very thin and feel very cheap. Avoid if your looking for thick socks. If thin socks is your thing then you may like these,

I purchased these socks some time ago and forgot to post a review but hye it's never too late...here I go.The socks very sturdy,well knitted quality material that I bought to keep me warm when I was out and about in cold and freezing nights whilst at work.The product I received was delivered as described.The seller was prompt and courteous they even send me some Haribo candy as a thank you for being one of their first customers I really liked that gesture all in all great product,great price and the most important great sellers!!!

Bought these socks to wear with work boots. They have proved to be very comfortable and a good fit. They don't ride up or slip down and at the end of the day, they wash well and seem to keep their shape.Great in the summer and will be warm in the winter. Good value for money.
