Works gently and without cramps…
I have been trying many laxatives, but this one is the best. It works so gently, doesn’t give me any discomfort, cramps or abdominal pain. Firstly, I took one capsule - to see how it goes. It worked after 7-8 hours. But you will be visiting the rest room for a few times, but you always will feel that soon you need go to the toilet. Partially for me these capsules are effective. However, you have to understand that these capsules won’t make you slim if you are not eating healthy and don’t do exercises. Plus there are a lot other factors that could stop you from losing the weight. You might loose the weight (water) because you had opened your bowel for a few times. These capsules just like laxatives for those who has got constipation. I would advise to try the one capsule and to see how it goes. But please remember we all are different. On some people it works faster, on some slower. For me they work faster if I take in the morning or afternoon. If I take in the evening it could take around 15 hours or even more to kick in.

The first dose I took 2 at night & 1 in the morning.. nothing happened so the next day I took 2 morning & night .. finally I went!It wasn’t as much as I thought & I had slight cramps just before.. I did need to go pretty quick but I always doI’m a twice a week girl & they’ve deffo made me more regular. after a week of taking I’m going once a day now.I feel slightly less bloated & am glad of the relief from “constipation pains”I’m too scared to stop them & will deffo use them every couple of weeks

Definitely don’t take this on a busy day. Love the way this product works. I take 2 capsules at night and drink about 32 oz of water. In the morning I drink more water. Prepare yourself to be in and out of the restroom throughout the day. I’ve been using these pills for about a year off and on and I’ve never experienced any stomach cramps like some products I’ve tried. I love how I can easily drop about 3-5 lbs just from the extra waste it helps me get rid of. Love this product just remember to plan your day.

You Control the Experience. Effective
I like that I get to control the experience with these by adjusting how many capsules I choose to take. I started slow and built my way up. I made sure to drink lots of water and eat light. I didn't experience any major cramping, discomfort, and no runs. They are strong though so be mindful when you take them. Overnight makes a move in the morning. Drink your water!

Worked initially then not
This worked wonders the first 4-5 days. I was taking 2 pills/2 times a day to get some action. It caused lots of uncomfortable cramping but worked so I was willing to endure the cramping. After about 5 days I wasn’t getting the same results so I gave it a rest and started back up a week later but still not the same effects I was hoping for. Celiac does a number on my plumbing and I’ve yet to find anything that absolutely works. This is great if you only need a little jump start.

Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children (6 - 12 years): ½ the adult dosage.
