LoakeShoe and Boot Laces (75 cm, Black)

I didn't realise how annoying shoe laces could be until I needed a replacement for the ones in my loake shoes.I should have looked on here first in hindsight but better late than never.The laces were with me in no time and are a perfect fit for the 5 eye hole shoes.

Very disappointed. I deliberately bought loake laces due to the high quality of their shoes. This was a mistake. I have worn the for a week - work days only and a bank holiday - and they are severely frayed already. Will not buy again

They are fine, arrived on time and as described. The size guidance when I bought them was useful which explained which size to get for shoes with 5 rows of eyes. Handy. The first pair that came with the shoes lasted about a year. Will see how these cope and how long they last with shoes that get worn twice a week at most.

I know they're just shoelaces but these ones are great. They've got a decent, slightly 'waxy' coating that has meant they've lasted me much longer than previous laces and also look like new for longer. I'll be buying more to replace the current ones when they eventually snap.A little pricey, but in this case I think you get what you pay for.

I have purchased Loake and unbranded shoelaces from Amazon - both were fine, and of equivalent quality... It's hard to get excited about shoelaces, but these tie my shoes and look good in. Not sure the Loake branded ones have any particular superiority, so I wouldn't actually pay more for them.

Frayed after a few days then snapped. No idea why Loakes would put their name on these

Good quality laces not very waxy to the touch but fine, will be interesting to se how long the lace tips stay on

One of the laces frayed the second time i tied them, the other is fine but for the money this should not happen. Looking at all of the reviews some are lucky some aren't but is is that hard to make a lace that doesn't break for "x" amount of money.
