the part i order when i put it in it is not reading i was wanting to see what we could do about it

WIll NOT program to a vehicle. If zero stars was an option....
I bought four of these units as both the Ford and Dorman units are back ordered. Only ONE of them would accept programming and that one would not complete the shift drum adaptive learning. These things are crap.
