I choose this from others as it says it is portable and rechargeable. Everything looks the same as pictured other than control unit is totally different. Shows no signs of charging. After a couple hours leaving it plugged in I tried using it unplugged. Won't do a thing.That said as a plugged in unit it is amazing. I just had two main veins removed from my legs and needed compression. This felt amazing but sadly I have to return to see if I got an old unit as I need this to be portable. I honestly don't care it doesn't have an lcd screen as long as it does what it does while plugged in, when it isn't plugged in. Manual says nother about a battery or using unplugged either.Sad really as it works great as a plugged in unit. Like I said I got this so I could using portable and go see a show as I need a pump while sitting over 20min or I could get a clot.Got my replacement and it was the same model as I was originally sent. Again this is not as advertised. The unit they are actually sending out needs to be plugged in to work. The legs look the same, but the controller is completely different.For a unit that needs to be plugged in it works great, but as I stated I needed a cordless one. That said I have ordered two from another manufacturer. One cordless and one corded like this one. Both were cheaper. In fact for only 60 bucks more in total I got both. They also have hundreds of review ratings instead of 40. Why two? As I said this one worked great as a corded one but too expensive for a corded one. My wife saw how much I liked it, so I got one corded and one cordless.If this was actually cordless (I mean doesn't need wall power) I would have kept it. I hate false advertising. It would have been 1 star if it wad also a bad product. Would have been 5 star if it was advertised correctly, but at an adjusted price for corded models. As it is the corded model I order was 40 bucks cheaper than this one and has all the same features. I guess I will find put tonight if it works as well, for being a corded model.

Power supply is not in the box

This has been a lifesaver for me. I run a sports concession stand and by night ends my legs and feet are soooo tired and sore. As soon as I get home I strap this puppy on for some relief. Works well for me. I'm a larger woman 5'10, 275 lbs, size 20W and these fit my legs and thighs just fine. Super easy to use.

Tried this out after a cross-country flight. Only tried it on one leg for comparison's sake. It's great! It's a bit fiddly to get set up - figuring out how much to expand the velcro, not realizing the power cord is supposed to come out at the ankle rather than at the top of the leg (which is how it is in the packaging).The remote is easy to use, the guide is pretty clear about how to use the setting. Very marked difference in how the leg that was in the massager felt compared to the leg that wasn't.Now I've seen on websites that for this kind of compression leg massage you should only use it twice a month unless your doctor says otherwise, and I don't remember the instructions saying that, so just be aware!But I think this is a great quality leg massager. The other, more expensive ones seem to be better quality, this is fantastic quality for the price compared to other brands.

This leg massager has great compression. I look forward to using this device after being on my feet for 10 hours. It does take a little bit of time to heat up but I love the mode for my feet and calves! Highly recommend!!
