This is not value for money, the black works fine but the colour one only prints in blue, not the quality i have had from ones from other places, very disapointing.

Both cartridges won't work. Have cleaned, done all the things it says to do but it keeps saying the cartridges have no ink. Seller not really helpful at all. Wants me to contact HP to see what's wrong. Keep telling them what the error message is that there is no ink but seller keeps putting it back on me. Must be a dud batch. Will not be buying from here again.

The coloured cartridge worked no problem but can't get the black cartridge to work. My printer keeps telling me there is no cartridge. Waste of money

It was difficult to make the black ink start and afterwards the black ink finished very quickly. The seller was very kind to give me instructions about what I shall do to make the ink flow but I think I will use another suplier next time .

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but that was because came by Royal Mail. But otherwise absolutely fine. Will order from them again when needed.

As this is the ink my HP printer uses, and with it being harder to source locally ( for a cheaper price). I needed this ink urgently. It gives good quality prints and easy to install in the printer. Seems the delivery price is included in the ink price. But when it’s hard to source locally, I can live with it.

I have used HP 302 2 pack Black/Tricolour Original Ink cartridges for years supplied by Amazon through different companies. In this instance the Company was Crazy Kangaroo, On fitting the colour cartridge there was obviously a fault as the colour reproduction was terrible. Red came out as brown, blue as grey etc, etc. I communicated with Crazy Kangaroo and returned the colour cartridge via the correct channels, to the correct address quoting their claims number, on 14th December 2020 for credit. Crazy Kangaroo just deny having received the returned item. I'm not very happy about their service. The black cartridge operated fine and a subsequent colour cartridge purchased elsewhere also operates perfectly.

Waited 10 days for this order, ink is dry, requested return. I received long cut and paste reply telling me how to clean the printer heads! Clearly any faulty goods are the customers fault and they don't do returns or refunds, should have followed other reviews. Do Not Buy or Recommend.
