Littlepod Pure Chocolate Extract 100 ml

After hours of research and test other chocolate flavourings this proved to be the best by far. Great product and I would highly recommend.

This is a great product, that is fantastic in baking, I use it in cakes and scones. The extract has a great taste and enhances any baking. You don't need a lot so it goes a long way, go on beef up the chocolate taste, you won't be disappointed.

For the price, I was hoping for something very chocolatey. Following pinch of nom recipes that call for unusual ingredients like this, I was hoping this would be a lower calorie alternative to cocoa or chocolate, but it doesn't work quite like that. I have yet to find a recipe I'm happy to repeat with this ingredient. So with having to buy two bottles, this feels like an expensive mistake.It may work well to add an extra dimension to chocolate flavours in recipes, but alone doesn't really provide a chocolate flavour.Hope this helps.

Bought this as it was used in a Slimming World recipe I wanted to make. Was really pleased with the taste when used in my cake.

As a keen cook, I like my chocolate cakes and desserts to taste of chocolate. A few drops of this seems to make all the difference
