Medium Ballotin Chocolate Favour Boxes - Gold Silk (Pack of 10)

Very good quality favour/gift boxes. Easy to aasemble, a good size, and can be used for many diffeent occasions. Quickly delivered, well packaged, highly recommend.

I bought these last year as well. I make homemade sweets and pastries for gifts for Christmas. These boxes make the gift look special.The boxes are so easy to make and once made a quite sturdy, the lid stays closed and in place so long as you don't overfill it.

Very nice boxes, good price, good colour.Only criticism is that the bottom of the box cannot be fully flat because of the way the flaps fold. An extra piece of card would be great to put on the bottom to flatten it out.

Very well made, precision cut favour boxes, made from stout card. White inside, solid gold outer with tuck in flaps to secure base and top. Sent out flat, but very easy to fold up to shape and this pack makes ten very elegant presentation boxes.I'm using these to give hand made chocolate truffles for Easter, but they'll make lovely gift boxes for any occasion.Each box will hold twelve truffles (two layers of six) using foil petit-four cases.Finished off with the separately sold organza ribbon as in the illustration, and a couple of those little fluffy Easter chicks inside will make a delightful, luxurious alternative to an Easter 'egg.'Some reviews have suggested using a strip of tape to secure the base, but unless you want these for something much heavier than a dozen chocolates, or a handful or two of individually wrapped sweeties, the tuck in flap on the base is more than adequate. I'm more than pleased with these boxes and will definitely buy again.

Lovely little boxes

Arrived as promised. These boxes are simple to assemble and perfect for home made chocolates. They would also fit 2 cup cakes. The gold interior gives some reflective light to keep chocolates cool. Add a pretty ribbon for a beautiful gift box.

Perfectly adequate ballotin boxes, which are easy to assemble and look very stylish, but I needed 3 to accommodate the batch of Orangettes I made as a Christmas gift for my husband.

Got these to use as table favours for Christmas but can be used for any small items.
