Didn't work. Doesn't come with charger and fitted loosely in my amazon plug. Bought in January it wouldn't connect then wje it did kept disconnecting. Then didnt wrk properly it said I slept for 15 hours... If only that was podsible. I tried to return the item but had no printer to get a return label. I was given a q code. The post office wouldnt accept the parcel with no address on it even tho I gave them the q code so I couldn't return the item. I have just decided to give it another go as I've paid 4 it n e way n can't seem to return the item either but I doesn't even turn on even tho I charged it again. Wate of money. The idea of it is great for the moment but it does not work

I bought as a birthday gift. The feedback that I got was that it was rubbish. the tracker wouldn't work, would not sync with phone etc. I left a review as per the feedback that I got from the person that I bought it for. I couldn't say much more as I didn't use the tracker. I accepted that it wasn't working and I couldn't be bothered to return it. I was contacted by the Seller who offered a full refund without having to return the tracker, which sounds great, but the tracker is no good to me, I am not getting something for nothing as it is not in use. I cannot give a glowing review but I have increased from 2 to 3 stars because the Seller has made the effort to communicate with me.Maybe I received a faulty tracker, I don't know.

Next day delivery (via prime). Came 3/4 charged. Manual confusing, but managed to get through eventually. Strap pulls apart (Casio G-shock style) to reveal USB connector. It remotely activates music app and camera on phone, provided matching app is installed on phone. Connected no issues with my android phone. Clock automatically synced to phone time, cannot set it manually. Touchscreen is only on the circle at "base" of watch (as per home button on mobiles). Screen also activates by motion sensor. a waterproof fitbit clone with apparently decent app for £20 what's not to like!?

Looks good and easy to set up but unfortunately did not work as it should have. Kept losing data (most important as that was the reason for purchase), time was never right (very annoying when wearing instead of a watch) and last and least important for me, would not allow remote control photos and videos but as this functionality was supposed to be part of it, it should have worked. I returned it for refund.

I ordered 2 of these fitness trackers .....I ordered to wear on holiday ...the instructions or not printed in English so I was unable to set ...I have just returned from holiday hoping to return both because of lack of instructions Now the return time has stopped ....can you help please ...IMPOSSIBLE TO USE TOTAL OF WASTE OF MONEY REGARDS MARY

Disappointing product. When linked to phone app it only retains a charge for a very brief period before needing recharging. Features are okay but the activation through a rotational scrolling process is irritating when wanting to access a specific one. Also the difficulty in accessing data beyond the last day to establish possible patterns is frustrating. However it is what it is for the price!??

For the price it is very good. Unfortunately I bought it to use the stop watch whilst swimming. Although it is water proof, the water seems to activate the touch sensitive button and it ended up doing all sorts of things whilst I swam, including resetting the stop watch. A good purchase, just not ideal for swimming.
