this phone is amazing and with my arthritic hands easy to use and i love the sos button and it really good for the money would recommend other pensioners to buy .

The unlock function is a bit confusing, and we had to pay an extra £1/month to get a SIM card which would be compatible with this device (it only supports GSM aka 2G, and Three SIM cards don't support this, nor do any networks which use the Three network, like a lot of the cheap ones). Bigger battery would be nice too since the relative I got this for often forgets to charge it and it doesn't give warnings.SOS button doesn't seem to be of much use, I just showed him how to use the speeddial and how to call a number which isn't on there. Which is fine since he can dial 999 fast enough if necessary.But it's certainly easier for him to use than most phones and good volume (don't need to shout any more!)

This was bought for someone I care for because the numbers on his original phone were too small....this is excellent to use even though there is no charger has to be charged up via laptop or pc..very good value and early delivery.

This phone looked really good and perfect for me elderly dad but it only lasted 1 week and now won't charge absolute rubbish

Lives up to expectations. Easy to use. Got it for my Father who's eye sight is not as good as it was and he now has to use hearing aids. He says it's marvellous. He can hear it very well and see the button clearly. The voice bit was a surprise but he loves it. SOS button eases my mind too.

I bought this for a 90 year old friend of my mother. She was having difficulty with her old standard mobile. She loves this one. No more pressing the wrong buttons or two buttons at once. This phone also audibly tells you which key you press. If you know an older person who is tech frightened, or someone with fingers like english cumberland sausages - buy them this.

A very good phone with some helpful features. It speaks the numbers as they are dialled and the digits are indeed very large. The downside was that the battery packed it in just after six months of use. The phone simply 'died'. The other issue is the fiddly charger. Minute to see and fit by an elderly person, does not do the phone justice. Oh, and it did not come with a plug, just a usb. My mother is 80 years old, does not own a pc and could not readily use the phone. I had to buy a plug! Hnadset stop working, it literally died six months after purchase. Retailer refused to refund.

Got this phone for a friend who has hearing and sight problems, it is fantastic, very easy to use. Thank You.
