Q: Is the shoes authentic or fake and does it have the butterfly symbol ?

Can't say if it was genuine leather upper or not, since I returned them because the size was too small. There is a a butterfly picture at the very top under the shoe lace area.

Q: What is height of heel & forefoot in inches? Is it a wedge? Is there arch support?

The platform is just shy of 2 inches. About 1 3/4. They are flat, not wedged. The insole is a little cushy but there isn't a ton of arch support. Some, but not a lot. I wouldn't recommend these shoes for terribly long walks.
