This book has 269 great recipes that ranges from breakfast to desserts. My son really liked the almond pancakes. I made the crispy Italian chicken last night and I wished I would have made more of it. It was delicious.

Wow!

The content of this book is decent, the Mediterranean diet seems to be reasonably easy to follow and effective. My issue is with the book itself. Did they not have an editor? If they did they should fire them. So many mistakes it made it annoying to read through the recipes. Missing ingredients in ingredient list, but recipe instructions show an item that’s not listed. Makes you wonder how accurate the measurements that they give you are. Grammar mistakes. I’m no language master, but when I buy a book I expect mistakes to be few and far between. In this book it’s not the case. I started to wonder if it had been translated from another language and the translator was inept. I would be embarrassed to publish it this way if I were the author. I rarely submit bad reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. Think twice before purchasing.
