Although when the parcel arrived I was A little dissapointed as I was expecting them to be hardback. But my fault for not reading the description properly! Another thing that I did not like was that when they arrived they were folded in half which we had to stand some books on top of them so that they would stay flat. Perhaps sending them out in a different packing form might help. However, the quality is good, heat resistant and easy to clean. They are now proudly showing on our kitchen table on a daily basis.

I ordered 6 place mats in total. The set of 4 were fine - they were packaged and delivered flat. However the 2 place mat set had been folded and now I have creases in the mats that will not come out. I am keeping the mats but this a constructive criticism that they need to be packaged and posted flat - not folded. Hopefully, they will then arrive in perfect condition - like the 4 place mats were.

If I had known this was coming from China and was going to be as thin and floppy as tissue paper, I wouldn’t have bothered. They’ve gone straight in the bin
