Normally I would make my own kind of bed protectors but after having to quickly replace my boys mattress and knowing any order of fabric would never get here in time, I searched for a sheet that I could use to help prevent another mattress being ruined and a little boy being sad! My little boy has disabilities including autism and goes through bouts of wetting the bed. He gets so upset when he does and even more so if it gets through to the mattress. Since using this sheet his mattress has never got wet. It’s perfect and huge thanks to the person who answered my question on this. You helped! So for those who have children, even older ones, this definitely works! Washes perfectly, dries pretty quickly, although a bit longer than normal sheets obviously as it has the PUL on the back. Very very comfortable. My little boy would not sleep on anything that wasn’t!

It depends why you need this product. If you require a waterproof protector, then this is exactly what you need! however if you need something more comfy and breathable, I would suggest something different. I had bought for hygiene reasons, but couldn't use for more than3-4 months as my priority was keeping the mattress from dust only

Wash and tumble dry beautifully and are lovely and soft under the sheet, unlike a lot of other waterproof protectors that are noisy and make little one sweat. Had 2 cot sized that I've used for over 18 months and are as good as new. Just bought the cot bed size. Both mattress sizes fit very comfortably. Highly recommend.

I love this product as it is waterproof, breathable yet it is not noisy at all it feels just like a normal bedsheet. However I still do put a fitted bedsheet on top of the mattress protector. My daughter sleeps soundly and coolly in this. I would recommend buying two mattress protectors so whilst one is washing you can put the other one on. I will repurchase this item again so that I have two for the same reason. I would recommend this Velfront Waterproof and Breathable Terry Mattress Protector.

Helps protect the mattress and is comfortable. Doesn't make much of a sound difference unlike the plastic ones

We have a sheet over that anyway in a colour we like more. It has saved us from a couple of accidents already, its 100% waterproof. The only minus is that it takes a little extra time to dry. We have 2 pieces now and that is how we have solved the problem by now. I have not found any similar on the market anyway, so I am more than satisfied.
