The quality is not as expected

I was a little disappointed with this purchase. From the illustration it looks predominately pale gold in colour and not too bold. when I opened the package its appearance surprised me as it is very bright glass/crystal, very flashy but nevertheless of good quality. It was purchased as a gift and I gave it to my friend. Unfortunately, she asked me to return it as it was not a good size for her and did not sit comfortably. Amazon made a refund without hesitation.

The stones started to fall out. Not great quality
