I am VERY pleased with this bed! I purchased it because I didn't want to spend $200 on a foam bed if my dog was going to destroy it. This has held up, it is durable, yet soft, fits perfectly in a crate, and my dog loves it. I 100% recommend Furhaven products instead of those beds that cost hundreds. This product has more than exceeded its value. It is durable, soft, and my dog loves it. It is supportive but soft and holds its shape. Please note: I waited until my dog was 3 years old before I gave him a bed in his crate. I would not trust a puppy or dog with severe anxiety NOT to eat this. However, my dog LOVES it and has not shown one inkling to shredding it. He is very comfortable.The "large" size is perfect for my 50lb dalmatian, and it fits in a 42" wire crate almost perfectly. (It is wide enough, but is a bit short, so I add towels at the end to make sure it doesn't slide around.) My dog is comfortable, and the foam supports him. It bounces right back and so far, no signs of holes, ruts, or tearing. This goes in my dog's crate, so I wrap the memory foam bed in a blanket, put blankets on top, then my dog sleeps happily on it. I am VERY pleased with the shape, quality, durability, and function of this product.In the pictures, you can see the bed after 2 months of nightly use is holding up. Fits in the 42" wire crate very well. Second picture is how I arrange it: I put blankets over the bed and "pad" the ends of the crate. Fits and works like a dream. Highly recommended for dogs who have orthopedic/arthritic issues, or just need a little extra cushion in a crate. As always, be sure to supervise your pet first. I also recommend putting the dog's or your scent on the bed before having them sleep on it immediately. I wrapped the bed in my dog's own blanket for 1 night to establish his scent before having the dog sleep on it.

This is the thickest I could find at my price point, and seems well made of what feels like a medium weight memory foam. Does the trick at a good price.Update: Thought I'd take a look at the insides given other reviews on the foam. This has a 2" layer of what seems to be good quality, clean white regular foam of medium support. This is fused to a 1"ish layer of blue memory foam that feels like a lighter weight. Together they give good, comfortable support.I bought a medium pad for an English Springer Spaniel puppy whos' a little over 20 pounds now. This fits him well and he seems very comfortable on it with firm support. I'm not sure how the foam will hold up if he hits 50 pounds. He will probably need the next size up by then so if the foam holds up as he grows, I will probably buy a larger one when the time comes.

My babies are in heaven right now. Granted it’s day one of receiving the beds, but they seem to love them. It’s an amazing price for such great quality. It arrived quickly and is really well made. Our chocolate lab is about 102lbs and this is the jumbo size which is amazing. Our pit mix is around 90lbs and we also got the jumbo which fits him well, considering he loves the couch or bed. I’m really happy with this purchase and sad I didn’t do this earlier! Being able to unzip and wash the cover is a major perk too. They’re like a twin bed for your doggies! Me and my 4yr old laid on these bad boys to test them out, and I’ll say they’re super comfy!

This bed is so soft! I got the memory foam insert with the gray cover & fuzzy top. My dog seems to enjoy the bed so far, it fits perfectly into her kennel. I do agree with other reviewers that the cover is a tad tight and can be difficult to take off, so you have to be very patient/careful when taking the cover on/off, else the memory foam tears a bit! I just tuck a baby blanket over it, so it doesn't need washed as often!

I was hesitant but relieved when I received this, this picture was taken minutes after I took out of the box (which you can see it was not smashed) and my long lanky Great Dane loved it! My Lhasa also sleeps on this one rather than here because hers did not have the cooling gel top and being we live in Florida we needed cooling...she sleeps on this one with my Dane and they both fit! (I think I bought the 2nd to largest size but have to check and will update) I'm typing this almost 2 months later and it's still in immaculate shape and have washed the fabric once and to be honest I was expecting having a hard time getting it back on, nope I did it all on my own w/ no help! Treat it as a sock push it all up at the bottom and pull a bit at a time on one side at a time and you'll have no issues I got it back on in less than 5 minutes. Others have taken much longer and have needed my husband's help. I will purchase this bed again if I ever have to replace it. Looking to get other color covers for it now. =)

First of all, I paid a higher price for the Memory foam - it is NOT memory foam. I don't know if it was a mistake or a blatant bait-and-switch. It's regular egg crate foam. The fabric on the top is soft, but the side fabric is so thin, it's almost like tissue. I boxed it up to return before giving it to my dogs, so I cannot speak to the durability, but my dogs are not chewers and I do not trust this bed to last more than a few days, let alone attempting a run through the washing machine. This bed is a waste of money, the quality is not there.

It is a very good quality and stays the same when our dog lays down. And it is the perfect size for 60 kg newf.

He likes to lay flat on his side. This is the second time I buy this bed the only reason why I had to buy a second one is because I was camping and a burning stick fell on it and burnt it. Otherwise the bed was still in great shape after a long time of having this bed. Easy to remove cover and clean it and I even just saw now when buying you can buy just the cover which I thought was really cool.What I like about this bed is it is actually memory foam I bought some beds and they say memory foam and it gets here and its that egg shell stuff which lets be honest is not good.Henry loved this bed so I bought another.

My dog did not have this bed for more than 5 minutes and had a hole put through it. In his defense he’s a puppy dachshund. But still. I would have hoped for better.

Wish it were thicker. Beige is actually pink!!! Had to buy a different cover because I didn’t want a pink dog bed in my entrance. Dog likes it
