Easy to fit to glasses, work well enough, so glad I had these
Thread the arm of your glasses through the holes and it fits perfectly. The only downside as that I can see little holes through the fabric when looking at bright surfaces (or outside) so it's not 100% blocking.I used these after a retinal tear laser surgery when you really can't see much at all out of the eye and this allowed me to block off all that irritating shadow and liquid from the bad eye whilst it recovered and just use my good eye. This made a HUGE difference, so whilst not perfect (not 100% blocking) they do block light not just from the front but also the side.I'm VERY glad I had these to help me through the recovery period. As a beneficial side effect, it also lets others know your vision is impaired - quite useful as you misjudge distances and bump into things.

Too small for my rimmed glasses.
Noticed a lot of people have said these wear out quickly. Been wearing one all day every day for 3 weeks and not noticed any deterioration. I do wonder why they come in a pack of 5, smaller pack for less money would be good. Also, I have one rimless pair and one rimmed. These only fit the rimless, so be aware of that.Update: another review says the pack has different sizes, so it may be that another size will fit my rimmed glasses. Will check.

I would recommend these post op
I had surgery for a macular hole. I now have a gas bubble in my eye and cannot see out of that eye until the gas bubble disperses over the next 12 weeks. I also have to add eye drops 4 x per day to dilate my pupil which allows bright light into my eye. This distorts the vision in my good eye and affects the feeling of depth and perception. I found these pockets fit easily over my glasses blocking out the bright light and ease the disorientation.

Different sizes and slip around. Not bad
Description did not say there were different sizes. Did not find out until the last of the smallest was about to be binned! Let's hope we can get next day delivery on the next lot. They do move easily meaning you have to pull them back over to cover the lens again. You do get what you pay for. So for the price, they're ok.

Brilliant!
Brilliant item, just what I wanted. It blocks sight completely, and is an simple but ingenious thing. Only suggestion would be to sell them in different sized packs - this came with a variety of sizes, and I cannot envisage any time when I'd need two patches for a child's use. I'm sure it would do a great job of resting the patched eye whilst making the other do more work thereby becoming stronger. However, I used mine for blocking out vision from an eye that had received laser treatment and was in the healing stage when lots of spider's web-type blood patterns were floating through the vitreous humour and making it difficult using both eyes to read. Did the trick superbly.

Does the job very well
Amblyopia. This is a condition I have always had and always will have. Normally I leave both eyes free but I am finding my affected eye sometimes gets uncomfortable. Putting one of these patches on my glasses over my strong eye causes the week eye to function and brings relief to the pain. I feel it also helps to strengthen it. These patches are perfect for the job, neat and elegant to look at. I wish I had discovered them before but now that I have I will never be without them. An absolutely excellent product.

Just what I needed.
Using the product after an eye operation (detached retina) to block out the blury vision and just use the good eye. Does the job well. Easy to fit on spectacles.

Not long before they can irritate your eye
As another reviewer has said, these start to "fuzz" quite quickly. The description says "Ultra - Thin material, won't touch your eyes..." which is true, but when they start to fluff up, you can pull the fluff off (and there's a lot!) but there are lots of stray fibres which appear very soon which certainly do touch your eyes and irritate them.Easy to see why 6 are in the pack. I wouldn't buy again.
