thickness and lightness is all useful for whichever colour you would like to use for ...
These stay in my gym bag, ready for my gym sessions whether used with weight training or not. There resistance, thickness and lightness is all useful for whichever colour you would like to use for your exercising and they come nicely packaged in the little bag too. Which I still keep them organised in.

Lovely little set of looped resistance bands. Great to take with you if travelling. Comes with a little carry bag
