Lovely taste,easily swallowed and it works.

good old fashioned make
It works in its own time, as nature intended. No wind and discomfort as with lactulose, but no quick fix. Shame it's too expensive to use every day which I think may solve ongoing problems with the bowel.

Definitely does the job
I recall my mother taking this in the 90s when she was pregnant with my brother. So I decided to give it a try now that I'm pregnant with my first and having some issues with regularity.I was taking 1tbsp a day and it took a few days to get things moving but once it did it has been a life saver. I've decided to try 1/2tbsp per day for a bit and see if that helps without being a bit overwhelming but will go back to a whole spoon if needed.
