RAS EL HANOUT with RED Rose Petals 100g

Delicious, moreish mix which can be warming or hot depending on how much you use; always gets everyone sniffing & commenting on the lovely smell when they enter the house and I’m cooking with it. Using it in everything at the minute, would make a gorgeous lamb tagine. My favourite dish at the moment is with lambs liver: put in the oven in a casserole dish, add passata & ready cooked skinned and deseeded peppers, sage and a generous helping of spice, leave to cook for 40 mins and serve with bulgar wheat and greens. Have been using instead of curry powder, as a rub on meat, in rice - really lovely

Easy to use and classic spices of Morocco. Adds savor to all kinds of foods and the smell reminds me of happy meals in Marrakech.

I love this spice, smells lovely. I use it to make Moroccan Lamb, very easy recipe.

Bit flat compared to other blends but its price is an indication of its quality. I added star anise and ginger which improved it but the lesson is you get what you pay for.

This is a lovely mix of flavours to add to your cooking. It comes in a good size as well for the price.

This is impossible to source locally and my son in London pays a awful lot for a small amount! Amazing value and adds a lot of depth to Moroccan dishes!
