Shammy Shack Hockey Towel Grip

Arrived today. It is dark navy, not light navy as the picture suggests. Looked like it had been cut from a longer length and shoved in an envelope. Did not arrive in any type of packaging. As this is a gift it’s very disappointing. It will not be fitted until after Christmas, so I hope the grip wraps better and wears better than it’s presentation. To be honest, I have no idea if I have received a Shammy Shack product or a generic brand.

Really really good grip. I've just ordered my 4th one and have been using these grips for over 2 years now (I hope they don't discontinue it). Kills vibrations and I feel like it keeps your hands a bit warmer. The grip also extends a bit further down the stick for more control and comfort. This grip holds really well, won't separate out and will last you ages if you apply it tightly and properly.Only downside is that it does begin to compress down under the left hand but this is expected after weeks and months of use. It is thicker than your average chamois grip so think carefully about whether you want to apply it to the bare carbon or over the already existing grip as this will alter the thickness, balance and feel of your stick.My ritual specialist comes with a thin blue foam under the stock grip so replacing the stock grip with this towel grip creates the perfect thickness and vibration killer.This grip didn't have any reviews so I felt bad and I'm also procrastinating from uni work - If you've read this far then you're as lame as I am.Enjoy.

Thought it was a slide on cover but was a strip with double sided tape. Was easy to fit but had to YouTube as there weren’t any instructions. Admittedly most people might know but I wasn’t sure. The grip is a great and my son is really happy with it.
