Petzl Tikka Headlamp - Green, One Size

This is a brilliant headlamp. I mainly use it for running in my local woods where it provides plenty of light to light up the trail. Recently used while running with 2 friends alongside and it provided enough light for all of us. I find it lightweight while running and it doesn't bounce around.The light settings are excellent, there is also a green light that luminate's around the main LED when you switch it off, I can see this being very useful while camping over the summer.I've also used it while installing shelving in a dark cupboard, taking out the bins and cleaning the chimney. A very useful tool around the house.It has a real quality feel to it so hopefully it lasts for many years.

I’m pleased to say this headlamp exceeded expectations; light, easy to use and adjust and came with batteries for use straight out the box! The modes for white light and red lights are super easy to toggle through and the head lamp is comfortable but secure. I have now used it on a number of runs, from quick 5kms, long runs and even a trail race in the dark and it didn’t move or miss a beat; super bright and absolutely great value for money.

Comfortable, practical, simple easy to adjust, light. Glowing bit on lamp is great for finding your torch in the dark. Nice and bright and batteries last ages.

Seems like a good little headlamp and it's certainly bright enough. Only thing against it is that it is certainly not waterproof or even showerproof in my opinion. There is no rubber seal and i can see a small gap where it opens so water could easily get in. If i was going on a hike or something i would put some tape over the join where it opens

This is a great head torch, best I have owned and perfect for dog walking and gen camping duties. I have run it on the AAA batts and they last a long time, but hopefully will get the Petzl lithium battery soon as that will make it even better!Very easy to use with gloves on, feels very robust and everything from the strap to the battery casing is well thought out and built. It will only be Petzl from now on!

I use this to conduct aircraft walkrounds at night and during low light. The beam is plenty powerful enough to reach the engine intakes high above the ground and get into the darker areas of the fuselage while leaving my hands free to conduct various other checks. Light weight, simple but with some nice features (I like the glowing light bezel), it is just what I was after.

I have used head torches over many years, I've bought expensive, cheap, somewhere in between, but Petzl has hands down always been a winner. This torch is lightweight, sturdy and has all the functions I need, low, movement and super bright light, plus tactical red when required. Definitely worth the price (£26 with next day delivery on Amazon) Avoid cheaper imitations, buy cheap, buy twice. Well recommended.

Not much good, compared it to a £12 pound rechargeable headtorch purchased for the same trip out and this was very disappointing as it was twice the price and under performed against it. Not what you'd expect from a top brand.

Have used this headlamp on many trips now and not a single complaint. Love the glowing ring easy to find when waking up in the dark

Petzl es una marca que tiene la fama bien merecida de fabricar linternas muy interesantes. Yo me decidí por esta linterna frontal porque tiene dos leds de dos colores; luz blanca y luz roja. Las dos luces tienen 3 modos de intensidad (débil-media-fuerte) que se regulan apretando en el botón de encendido. La luz roja la utilizo sobretodo en campings o en zonas oscuras que hay gente durmiendo para no molestar a la gente de mi alrededor.Respecto a la potencia lumínica según fabricante la potencia máxima que entrega esta linterna son 200 lúmenes, personalmente yo con la luz baja y media me suelo arreglar. Hay que tener en cuenta que cuanto más potencia le pidas a la linterna más pila/batería va a gastar.El peso de la linterna no supera los 54gr sin pilas, 86 gr con pilas. Tengo varios frontales de otros fabricantes cuyo fallo es que la parte frontal pesa demasiado, acaban siendo molestas cuando las llevas en la frente durante un tiempo prolongado, en cambio la Petzl Tikka está muy bien equilibrada y es bastante cómoda. Además este frontal tiene un par de detalles que me han gustado cuando apagas la luz blanca, alrededor del led han puesto una banda fosforescente que te permite encontrar la linterna a oscuras fácilmente y por otro lado en la banda uno de los ajustes para regular el tamaño de la cabeza es un silbato de emergencia.El frontal utiliza pilas LR03/AAA y te viene la linterna con pilas incluidas. De todas maneras esta linterna es compatible con el accesorio, el cual se vende aparte, batería Core. El fabricante ofrece varios accesorios adicionales para esta misma linterna.En cuanto al precio por menos de 20€ me parece muy buena compra.

J'en suis à ma troisième Tikka, l’élastique de la dernière a commencé à trop se détendre ... après six ans d'utilisation quasi quotidienne. La lampe en elle-même marche sans problème, je vais m'en servir pour une autre utilisation.Parmi les évolutions notables depuis les modèles précédents, il y a surtout un éclairage plus puissant (200 lumens en pleine puissance) réglable en trois niveaux (2 avant). La première position suffit au bivouac et pour lire, la deuxième me sert pour tout le reste. La troisième peut être utile, mais je ne m'en sers que rarement: pour des sorties nocturnes en VTT, j'ai une frontale beaucoup plus puissante.Le sifflet intégré ne me sert à rien et je ne vois pas l'intérêt de la rondelle phosphorescente non plus. Faut croire qu'il y avait de la demande ...L'essentiel est de savoir que je pourrai compte sur cette lampe en toutes circonstances et pendant de longues années.

I bought this to replace another Petzl headlamp that was broken. I was overwhelmed with the options available these days and only wanted a lamp that would give me some night vision (red light) and high/low options. After a little adjusting I was able to easily toggle through the white and red options easily. We found the bright light to be TOO bright for our needs (weekend car camping), but I could see myself using this for projects around the house and the occasional work trip when I have to go to an attic or crawl space. The light feels substantial but not heavy, and the headband easily adjusts. There's no need to get rhapsodic about a headlamp - this one does its job as you want, which is all I need.

.: Grund für den Kauf :.Für den Kauf der Stirnlampe gab es zwei Punkte. Der Erste war eine ausreichend helle Lampe für das Angeln am Spätabend und nachts. Da ich auch Hobby-Fotograph bin, habe ich auch eine Stirnlampe mit Rotlicht gesucht, für nächtliche Aufnahmen. Beides habe ich in der Petzl Tikka (Version 2017) gefunden..: Versand :.Der Versand war sehr schnell, wie gewohnt innerhalb der angegeben Zeit (Prime)..: Lieferumfang :.Wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen kam die Stirnlampe in einer Plastikverpackung. Die Anleitung ist auf die Innenseite des Kartons gedruckt. Der Packung liegen drei Micro (AAA) Batterien bei, die zum Betrieb erforderlich sind. Als kleines Gimmick gibt es noch einen Petzl-Aufkleber..: Beurteilung :.Sehr positiv ist mir als erstes aufgefallen, dass nicht nur Batterien beiliegen, sondern diese auch von guter Qualität sind (Duracell). Die Stirnlampe macht einen sehr soliden und gutverarbeiteten Eindruck. Da es meine erste Lampe von Petzl ist, kann ich diese nicht mit anderen Modellen des Herstellers vergleichen. Die „alte“ Tikka hatte scheinbar kein Rotlicht. Die Lampe fühlt sich auf jeden Fall besser an als viele Andere, welche ich bisher in der Hand hatte. Ebenso ist diese auch gefühlt heller als Stirnlampen im gleichen Preissegment.Ein nettes Feature ist der Leuchtring, welcher nach Benutzung sehr hell leuchtet (siehe Foto). Damit findet man die Lampe auch im Dunkeln sehr einfach. Ebenso nützlich erscheint mir die Signalpfeife am Band.Am Wichtigsten: Den Umfang des Stirnbandes lässt sich problemlos einstellen und hat einen sehr bequemen Sitz..: Handhabung :.Die Handhabung erfolgt sehr einfach. Das Batteriefach lässt sich leicht öffnen und schließen.Einfaches Drücken auf den Knopf wechselt zwischen den drei Helligkeitsstufen (5, 100 und 200 Lumen). Langes Drücken wechselt zwischen Weiß- und Rotlicht. Beim einmaligen Drücken im Rotlicht-Modus wechselt die Lampe zum kontinuierlichen Blinken (in rot). Um die Lampe auszuschalten muss man einmal durch die Modi schalten.Die Neigung der Lampe lässt in fünf verschiedenen Stufen einstellen (keine bis maximale Neigung, siehe Foto). Im Gegensatz zu einer Grundig Stirnlampe von meinem Vater hört sich das Einstellen der Neigung auch sehr leise an. Bei der Grundig könnte man meinen, man hat soeben etwas abgebrochen..: Härtetest :.Am selben Tag, als die Stirnlampe ankam, war ich noch den ganzen Tag Angeln. Die meiste Zeit hat es in Strömen geregnet und die Lampe lag in einem nicht wasserdichten Rucksack. Dies hat sie ohne Probleme überstanden, ebenso wie leichter Regen abends, als sie in Gebrauch war - bin sehr zufrieden. Weitere Tests bei schlechtem Wetter werden noch folgen und werde meine Beurteilung ggf. anpassen. Ich werde meine Beurteilung noch anpassen, nachdem ich mal wieder mit der DSLR unterwegs war um das Rotlicht zu testen..: Optionales Zubehör :.- Core: Einen wieder aufladbaren Akku, den man statt der Batterien nehmen kann- Kit Adapt: Befestigungssystem zum Anrbingen an einen Helm- Noctilight: Etui zum Schutz für den Transport, sowie zur Beleuchtung im Laternenmodus (z.B. Zelten)- Poche: Schutzetui.: Fazit :.Wenn mich jemand nach Stirnlampen fragen sollte, kann ich diese mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Sie ist perfekt für Outdoor-Aktivitäten geeignet. Durch den guten Tragekomfort, geringen Größe und Gewicht, würde ich sie auch für verschiedene Sportarten wie Joggen und Radfahren empfehlen. Zum Schwimmen, sofern das jemand machen wollte, würde ich sie nicht empfehlen, da sie „nur“ IPX4 verifiziert ist (Schutz gegen Spritzwasser aus allen Richtungen).
