I am 49 year old female and I thought hair loss at this time of life was practically inevitable. My hair brush filled up every time I brushed my hair in the shower. I have long curly hair so this is the only time I brush it with conditioner.My friend who is in her 50's recommended this particular product as she was having the same problem and this had been recommended to her. Two tablets once daily for 2 months then none for a month the resume with 2 daily for two months.After 6 weeks and ever since, I DO NOT HAVE ANY HAIR LOSS!I cant tell if I'm getting new hair growing like my friend did but at least it's not falling out any more.**EDIT- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO THE ONE PICTURED. I RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT IN THE PICTURE AND NORMALLY BUY FROM " kamukamu" WITH NO ISSUES. CHANGED MY RATING FROM 5 TO 1 BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET WHAT I ORDERED, ALSO THE BOTTLES I RECEIVED FROM THIS SELLER WERE FILTHY! (see pics, even the nutritional information says different to what is pictured, yet the seller claims it is exactly the same product in new packaging).

My skin has improved. I did not have the usual monthly breakouts and my hair is thick but not yet longer. I'm still waiting to see that happen

Such a shame!! The vitamins I have received were out of date and I only realised it after I have finished a whole bottle. It is so dangerous, please make sure you allways check the date. Unbelieveble!!
