Great Quality
Got the rose one to encourage me to drink more water. Like fact crystals separate from water, you can still hear them! Quality product and bottle cover good idea as gives you grip. Yes, it is glass and you have to treat it with care, but I would rather drink from glass than plastic as it gives you a crisper taste of water. Actually has made a difference in water consumption so win all round. Would buy again if needed. Also, drinking with crystals separately from water is safer as some crystals are not safe to drink in the water and you really need to research which ones are. Great product, thank you!

It's ok, a little cheap looking.
The glass feels sturdy enough but I'm somewhat hesitant about taking it out in my bag, even inside the protective cover as I'm not convinced that the bottom will hold. The metal insert is good for keeping lemon or tea in but I don't think I'd trust hot liquid in this bottle. The rose gold coloured lid is pretty but it does look a little cheap and after a few weeks I can see that the paint is starting to come away from the lid. The bottom, when screwed on, doesn't quite fit snugly and both ends have ugly, white plastic showing.

Amazing cup but came damaged
My only ONLY disappointment is that the cup came with scratches on the lid which cannot be removed, apart from that I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend.

Needed a glass crystal water bottle and this one is just right in all aspects.
