Easy to install and feels decent quality. It doesn't feel like a yale lock but it doesn't feel like it's going to break on you either. The fingerprint reader seems to function rather well. A suggestion to anyone buying this would be to register a second user as another finger on your order hand just in case you have a blister or cut on your normal entry finger. Setup was also easy. Have not had it long enough to comment on battery life but I liked the design of having not only a backup key but also an emergency usb c power port in case it's run out of batteries. My only real complaint is the door handle itself is a little on the large side.. almost to the point of looking goofy. Perhaps about 10-15% smaller and it wouldn't stand out so much. Overall I'd give it a 4.5 so far.

This lock was easy to install and setup for use. Great value, as other vendor are charging a lot more money for a similar device. I had a technical issue with the first delivered lock, which seemed to be a loose wire. So I arranged to replace it will the same device from the same vendor. Really easy return and the replacement arrived in 3 days. The vendor followed up to insure that my installation was successful and offered support, if needed, for installing and operating the lock.

This product is too inconsistent. Too often reads my fingerprint wrong. You have to perfectly place your finger every time and even then it has trouble reading. I’ve registered the same finger to 5 different profiles and so many different directions and I still manage to get locked out after 3 bad reads.
