You can't go wrong with a simple Regatta fleece, especially at the prices they are sold here; it's a useful item when worn as a mid-layer on colder days under a heavier jacket, or as an outer layer on milder winter days. I often pair mine with a gilet, which works well in most daily situations from Autumn through to spring, although it's also light enough to take the edge off cooler evenings in summer. When out hiking, if you have a light packable rain jacket to go over it, you're well set for all but the most polar UK conditions.

I would call this item a long sleeve shirt rather than a Jacket. It's thin but very warm so it suits me. The fit is spot on. A lounge top is what i would describe it as not a Jacket.
