These hats are great! They were perfect for a circus party I had a few months ago. I wanted people to have party favors to take home from the party and I got these ones because they were shiny and a great price. I wanted them to look a little more like clown hats so I glued pom poms of different colors to each hat.They looked great and were comfortable to wear. I'd recommend these hats for child and adult parties.

Super cute. Purchased these for New Years. Worked great and held up so they can be used next year. They are the size of standard party hats. Great value for something a little more flashy!

These are really bright and cute in person. Size wise, these are your standard party hat and could easily fit on children or adults. I bought them for a NYE party, and everyone really liked them. Unfortunately, they did get a little squished in transit, but I was able to reshape them pretty easily.I found these party hats to be a much better quality than what I saw at our local retailers. They held up nicely throughout the evening, and we will be able to reuse them for other gatherings.Overall, the color and fringe really added a nice touch to the hats and I would recommend these for your next party!

They aren't as round or full as in the picture but nice enough.

Nice party hats. I was actually ordering them to get the gold hat to use for the top of a star costume. I was happy that it turned out to be true metallic type gold, not just yellow. They look like they are constructed better than a lot of cheap party hats too, so hopefully it will hold up to use again next year too.

I bought them for my 2 years son's birthday, but some how forgot to wear them on the occasion. However, now he plays them and they quite durable, and he loves the bright shiny colors. It's a fun time for me, my husband and him to pretend a party on weekend nights while wearing the hats.

If I had known these would be such a hit in my boyfreind's 37th birthday party, I'd have ordered more!!I was amazed at how many adults begged and pleased for them.Great fun colors and quality.

They arrived a bit bent, so that was a disappointing. I'm still working on getting them straight. Otherwise, they are a nice material and very cute. Fit both child and adult heads.

I was a bit dismayed when these hats arrived in a plastic delivery bag! They are a little bit squished into an oval shape but that shows how good the card is as they are not creased or bent. I've set them over a bottle to make them round again. They are for children at a dance party in a few weeks time and I'm sure they will love them. Delivery was quick. Many thanks
