No. It fits 2 epipens but an inhaler wouldn't fit in as well.

Q: Is this suitable for a diabetes hypo pen in it's case?

Not sure. I have a hypo pen case and it carries two pens. My epi pens are for allergies not for diabetes. If a diabetic epi pen is the same size as for allergies it is an excellent buy. It still looks like just new even though I have to carry it everywhere. Best wishes Roger

Q: Is this good for hot countries and does iy keep the epipens cool?

The pouch is foil lined. If you are going to an area of extreme heat and want to have a product that guarantees to keep your EpiPen within room temperature it may be better to consider a Frio product.
