If you are a sushi lover, this is a must have book to have in your library

I've given it 4 instead of 5 stars just because it is tiny and can be covered in ten minutes. V interesting though with a variety of fish I had never heard of. Worth a look but a bit pricey!

This is a very basic look at sushi, from an albeit authentic perspective. It is really just pictures of simple sushi dishes and NOT a recipe book. It is also much smaller in content than I would have hoped.
