Fab set but poor plastic bag packaging!
Poor packaging for £18 the set arrived in a plastic bag; no playmobil original box. Daughter really enjoys the play set: two mums, baby accessories and carriers.

My grand daughter was delighted with these although I was disappointed when they arrived. They came in just a plastic bag, didn't look very much for the price and the fact that they were a Christmas present.

Great Product - shame unboxed
Great product but - like others have said - turns up in the inner plastic packaging with no box. Instructions and all parts included so all good in the end. Just disappointing to have no box.

Nice little item but shame it only comes in a blue plastic bag and not a box. Doesn’t look great for a gift.

Great product but poor packaging.
Lovely product, my daughter loves the pieces. However, it arrived in a plastic bag and not the usual playmobil boxes you expect which was disappointing and made the product seem cheap.

Very Poor
I was shocked to receive the item in a plastic bag. Usually Playmobil Items would come in one of these plastic bags and then come in a box. Which is obviously more appealing to give as a gift. In this day and age of things being recyclable then I totally get that we should accept a toy coming this way but somehow it looks unappealing and not something I would want to give as a gift. I also think it detracts from the value and I wasn’t happy paying what I did for a toy to come in a plastic bag. Returned the item.
