Q: Hi does this extract the water then input new water for water changes could also be used to gravel clean

I havn't tried it as a gravel cleaner however I do use a similar one for my water changes. I put it in the aquarium with a piece of garden hose going out the window. Pump it to a marked point, then take the pump out and put it into my water change bucket and pump it into the aquarium with a shorter piece of hose. Bare in mind I have a 450L aquarium and do a water change of roughly 175L

No it's a pump it works like a blower not a hoover

Q: Does this come with a uk plug or european?

The one I received came with a euro plug but also a converter plug for the uk. Its one of those odd ones where the uk plug fully encloses the european. Total plug size when combined not much bigger than standard uk and has worked fine.

Q: Hi, What are the actual dimentions of the pump please? Hoping it will fit in a fluval evo sea 13.5.

I replaced the original pump that came with the Fluval Sea Evo 13.5 with the Eihem Compact 1000 pump to increase the water flow in the tank. It fits fine with no problem, a slight issue the pipe which connects to the pump and outflow is a bit short so the pump does not sit flush at the base of the chamber. You can easily just get a filter media grid and cut it to the right size to ensure the pump is fixed to the bottom. Otherwise the pump will be noisy. I hope this answers your question.
