Used a few different kits and this one is the best by far. The stainless steel is hygienic and easy to use. You just need a flat surface to stand the jug on rather than hang.

My first enema kit. Great quality, just the right size, and really easy to use.

Awful. Please, if you are looking for a good enema kit, do not go for this one. The tube (which connects from enema kit to douche) is extremely short. In fact it is so short I had to hold the enema bucket with my hand, right next to my bottom. Yes, it’s that short. It’s the shortest one I’ve ever come across. It’s also made of cheap tacky rubbish plastic. The douches don’t even fit securely onto this cheap flimsy tube either, so not only did I get sufficient leakage every time, but to round things off I then drop the bucket as well (yes the one I’m holding). If you want cheap rubbish, buy this enema kit. For the more serious enema kit people, spend the extra money. You can’t put a price on a decently sized tube which securely fits into the douche provided.
