Surprising good quality and well suited to my Mac Min and MacBook Pro
I am always a little apprehensive when ordering a headset since I need a reliable and fully functioning piece of equipment in my day to day job. However, on this occasion I have so far been pleasantly surprised with quality and reliability. The headset connected to my Mac Mini without any issues or need for complicated setup and I've been able to use them successfully with Skype and a variety of online meeting applications without issue or need for specific configuration.I find the headset comfortable to wear during what can be many and lengthy calls throughout the day, the sound is clear and of a good quality and customers and colleagues on the other end of conversations have had no issues with the clarity of my voice.I have been using the headset successfully for more than 3 months on a daly basis, regularly carrying them between office an home office in my backpack with no obvious signs of wear or damage.I would recommend to anyone looking for a headset to use with a Mac Mini or MacBook Pro with concerns regarding compatibility.

Love Hate Relationship
I have a love hate relationship with the 420, enough that over the last few years I have had close to seven fo the things. The Headset its snugly without pressing onto the head overmuch leading to long term use a pleasure, I have heard the frame can be fragile but have not had that issue myself in all of the sets I have had.Sound Quality is Fantastic for its Price but the detachable Mic is average at best, I end up leaving it off.The real Issue other than minor chafing around the top of my rather large ears is the wires, partiqularly how they tend to start to frey internally around where the Wire meets the headset this will lead to the headset losing audio in one ear, usually the right ear but it has happened to the left in a few.Be it a build quality or design issue it tends to give the headset a 3 to 4 month life (This is in my case, I have it on almost 24/7 due to my Job average use I would assume the life would be upwards of a Year at least, the one I have on now that has just experienced this lasted for 8 Months as it was used for gaming only)Overall for the price it is worth the short lifespan as I have yet to find a competitor that can match the 420s main selling points for me, its comfort, sound quality and affordability. And yes that does take into consideration I use 2 to 3 a Year.

Great for the average user
Bought as I required a reasonable set of headphones and microphone for an online exam, and I was after something more reliable than my laptop's inbuilt microphone and speakers. These were easy to set up, in that there wasn't much to do other than plug in, and I would say they fit my averagely round head pretty well. I was able to hear clearly, and more importantly, I was able to be heard clearly at the other end. The fact that the microphone is detachable is handy for the times I just want to listen. If I were using it a little more frequently, I might want to invest in a slightly more feature rich pair, but for my needs these were very good.

it's reasonably comfortable and fits most people well
2 1/2 starsit's ok sound quality wise nothing special but does the job (loud and clear), it's reasonably comfortable and fits most people well, if it wasn't for the other problems it would be 4 stars for the price , have problems when speaking now, it makes what people call "a giant mosquito sound" also the mute button has always made alot of noise for people on the receiving end, it's pretty bad when on none push to talk programs and I mute myself, either way you get what you pay for, it's not standing the test of time.

Fits my head well, but frame is fragile
Buying 4th headset in the 10 years timespan, as it fits my big head really well, and comfy ever after 4-5 hours of non-step use. However, it has a design flaw, and often breaks in the same place right after the guarantee is over. I used to superglue/duct-tape it, but it doesn't look particularly good when video-calling clients so...

They break!
Having had a set of these break earlier, I re-ordered them - only to have these break, too! They snap all too easily. I do not abuse them, I am not a gamer - I put them on, and expect them to work. I will be looking elsewhere for better.

Good headset, but can get better for the price
The headset feels comfortable without a doubt and the sound is decent, however the USB part is very flimsy and can snap easily. I've had it for less than 2 months and it broke really easily. But if you use a laptop like me and not a PC, then I wouldn't advise on getting this. But if you are a PC user then I'm sure you will be able to look after the USB aspect of it no problem due to the placement of your tower etc.The sound quality is fairly decent, but I am sure for £30 you can get a little bit better quality. The mic is also fine and works well and the noise cancelling feature is really handy and works well too.Once again a very comfortable headset and does not hurt after hours of wear, just a shame about the USB aspect.

Great
Got these for gaming as the over the head ones are uncomfortable.Sound is good on them. Wire is a good length. Controls are good.Over the ears chafes a bit but that is easily solves with a bit of fabric over the plastic.Biggest problem is that the wire tends to fray around the controls.Other than that, these are great headphones.
