Comfy socks and keep my feet warm. However, my feet are no warmer than with any other socks. No idea if the reflexology or weight loss has worked, hard to say.

One size doesn’t fit all
They are short and are only suitable for around a size 5 anything bigger than that and they don’t cover the sole.

Socks that deliver the promise
I love these socks. Every morning l used to wake up with painful legs but since wearing these socks in three days l had not experienced any pain in my legs at all. I don’t know how they work but just know they do for me.

These are poor! Really thin fabric and absolutely do not do what it claimed.However , you get what you pay for! I will use them for running as needed some new socks!Back to searching for pain relief now . Waste of time
