Bars arrived with paint chips on the exposed ends that got banged around during shipping and screws are cheap metal (made in China) really only meant to be used once or they will strip easily. I was given a discount because of the chipped paint

This product met our needs by fitting the available space. It was sturdy and easy to install.

We have a step to go down into our garage to get food to feed our dogs. My knees, feet, and a healing femur. It's wonderful, support since l juggle 2 dog dishes, going up and down.I'm sure other situations would benefit from having this support.

Very simple to install and looks great

In theory, these are just what I needed. I am re-doing my stairs leading in from the garage and since the space is tight, I don't want to have a thick wall to attach a traditional railing, or thick railing sticking out.I ordered the two pack so I can have one on each side of the door.In opening and inspecting them I immediately found two pretty big issues:1.) - They came with factory paint chips and are in need of some touchups. (The packing was decent and they were both isolated from each other, so they had to be damaged before they were packaged.)2.) - The bend angles are noticeably different when placed side-by-side. (In the photos they look better than they are... they are worse in-person.)In the big scheme of things, they will do the job that they are intended for, and being used in a garage, they are still useable.Aside from the paint damage and the angle... Individually, they are heavy duty and seem well made of quality material... but due to the paint damage and the angle issue, I can't rate them high...I'll be nice and give them 3 Stars.
