Superb
Being tired of dragging wires and a midway down the wire control dongle I decided to go for a wireless headset.Originally I bought one for c. £25 and found it really disappointing. The sound was poor. The mic was poor. It hurt my ear. This was more money than I'd planned on spending but I'm so glad I did.1. It's superbly comfortable and quick to put on and remove2. Volume levels are well ranged3. Build quality seems superb4. Battery is pretty good. It says '7 hours talk-time' on a full charge. So far I've not had to recharge it when on all day and speaking for a couple of hours.5. You can connect to 2 (possibly more, not tried) devices simultaneously. In my case - work computer and personal mobile. This works really well.6. The settings controlled on the headset are well laid out and after about 2 calls I'd mastered them without accidentally hanging up or annoying my audience.7. Full Windows and Android compatibility with no drivers or software required. (Sorry, not an Apple/Mac user - can't comment)8. As long as Blu Tooth is enabled on your previously connected devices you don't need to do ANY pairing stuff after the first time. It just sorts itself out whether you're turning the headset on or it's already on. Sure, this should always be the case but often isn't!9. Call sound quality is fantastic - both ways.10. It connects to the charger cable via some magical magnet wizardry: no faffing with sockets at all.Definitely speak highly of this piece of kit and am glad I spent the extra, it was worth it.

LIFE SAVER! LONG HOURS ON THE ROAD AS A DELIVERY DRIVER
Was researching Bluetooth headsets to purchase for a while and kept coming across mixed reviews but narrowed it down to this the Plantronics Voyager Legend & the 5200 series. I opted for the legend as from reviews couldn't really see the major difference between the two besides price got this with a charging case and I have no regrets all those that drive a lot or use the phone a lot and don't wish to buy wireless headphones or have the radiation of a smartphone next to your skull for hours on end this is your best answer! Ergonomic as its interchangeable for both left or right ear and has different earbuds/tips to suit your comfort or ear canal. Buy it whilst you can! (Also recommend the 2-year insurance cover for peace of mind!)

Excellent product, but why a non-standard charger!
I'm a truck driver and I'm wearing headsets for up to 17 hours a day (driving hours max 9 hours, working hours max 15 hours and travelling to and from work an hour each way). This is one of the best I've had.The sound quality is excellent whether speech, Skype, Audible or Spotify. People who I've asked, have said that they can't tell I'm on a headset. And bear in mind I'm driving a truck; I'm sat *on* the engine near enough! The range is very good. I don't lose signal even when I'm down the bottom of my trailer (trailers are 45-53 ft long, plus the cab length). Even if I wander into the yard and leave the phone in the canteen; it still takes a while to lose signal.Battery life is very good. It says seven hours to start and it's pretty much on the money on that, I feel. Be aware that it has a PROPRIETARY CHARGER which means you can't just slam it into a USB to charge. This is the ONLY fault I have with it. It's dumb and why I didn't buy it before buying the Plantronics Edge (which has a standard mini usb charge hole and comes with a little docking station - also usb - allowing you to effect to have two charges). The Edge however is by far a worse product - see my review of it.The Legend is fantastic and I'd recommended it, my only gripe is the charging because given how long I'm on the road, I carry a second headset with me because I can't charge the Legend when I'm out.

Excellent headset but don't lose the charger connector!
I'm on my second one of these, having managed to lose the first one, so the fact that I bought it again says something about it.Good points:- Call sound quality is excellent, I often end up making calls whilst walking down a busy street and the person who I'm calling doesn't realise I'm outdoors. The directional microphone is way better than most and really does seem to screen out background noise.- Good battery life. It claims 7 hours when fully charged, and whilst I've never had to run it for this long it seems to last pretty well. The standby time is good too.- Bluetooth range seems pretty good.- Comfortable and secure to wear - the selection of earpiece sizes is helpful here. Not so good points:- the auto sensor that detects when you are wearing it and routes the audio accordingly is a nice idea, but not 100% reliable. I have occasionally been on a call and suddenly had the audio re-route back to my phone instead of the headset. It is however possible to turn this feature off using the PC app.- The magnetic charging connector! It's not that it doesn't work - it does - but the fact that it is very easy for the non-standard connector to become detached and lost. The optional charging case would solve this problem but if purchased separately is ludicrously expensive - 70% of the price of the headset. Genuine replacement charger connectors are expensive and the cheap non-genuine ones don't work well in my experience.Overall I have found this to be a very good product but I've knocked one star off because of the charger issue.

Fantastic
I wanted a product that wasn't a rebranding of a cheap product with a slightly different price, I found this and thought "It's a little expensive but all the reviews are glowing so I'll get this one"Item arrived, I gave it a charge and then set off on a, roughly, 300 mile drive. It worked flawlessly throughout the whole journey, sound quality is amazing and the person I was speaking to said they couldn't hear any feedback or background noises except when I sounded the horn because someone almost knocked me off the road and when several emergency vehicles hauled ass past me.The product feels sturdy, didn't require any bespoke software to install and has excellent battery life.I'm by no means a professional driver (trucker/taxi etc etc) but even as a casual user it's a brilliant tool to have.
