Overall, a good recliner. The heating and massage functions don’t operate as expected, but the overall quality of the chair is excellent for the price.

It was hard for my husband to put the back on it. We had to have a younger man come and put it on. It was easy for him.

hard to explain. not all that. not what I was expecting but that may have been my fault. Needs some assembly and I had issue with brackets lining up. 2 large boxes was all there was. I had issues and when I emailed they did respond and we did try to work things out but chair seemingly after a couple of days, it slipped into bracket that it didn't at first. It satisfied 75% of the issue so I sucked it up instead of trying to send chair back. I would have had to pay and I didn't save the boxes and had no clue how to return it. Hard to buy these chairs without planting your butt in the seat before you pay. After tax and shipping it wasn't any less than I could have gotten something locally on a sale. They say genuine leather and I can't tell where the leather is vs the leathered looking feeling vinyl. If I ever do this again I will sit in it, touch the leather and have it delivered and assembled.

The seller is very prompt and professional. The chair comes in 2 large boxes, with smaller boxes included inside the larger box. I’m very pleased with the chair’s appearance and operation. The chair operates silently. The leather quality is good. I did use a leather conditioner, after assembly. Using the conditioner should help prevent the leather from drying out long term. I would buy again.

Very misleading: Chair is too firm short leg rest that does not come up completely very tight arm rest take up room away from seating I'm a 68 female stroke victim I replaced the one I had for 12 yrs because of the peeling of the PU leather it was very comfortable still just an ugly eye sore I can't afford to return this one it doesn't meet my criteria of a large and comfortable chair. I guess the easy Assembly is what sold meS

Simple to assemble for even us old people.Comfortable chair but haven't used long enough to see how it holds up, but really like it so far.

Chair too small big gap when reclined between seat and big gaps between arm rest and back… advertised for up to 6’ tall but I am 5’6 and feet hang off and back of chair suppose to be 41” tall… foot rest not level so feet and legs lower than body… then they make you pay return shipping so they was $345…. Waste of money and time… sorry I purchased
